I have just placed an order when will it be shipped?

  • If your order is placed before 23:00, it will be shipped the same day.

What is the delivery time?

  • A tracking number is sent to the customer within 24 hours after the order has been processed.

Delivery is usually between 1-3 business days in the United States.

Can I cancel my order?

  • The order must be cancelled within 24 hours. All you have to do is to reply "Cancel" to the confirmation e-mail.
  • If the order has already been shipped, see return policy.

What if I have entered the wrong address?

  • If you have misspelled the address or entered the wrong address, please reply to the order confirmation email with the correct address. This can still be changed within 24 hours.
  • In case of an incorrect/wrong address, we are not responsible if the package is lost in transit. All packages that come back to us because of this are not covered by free reshipment.
